Choose your Leading Grove Essentials Competition - Terms and Conditions

a) The competition will consist of two prize packages which are to be selected by the 2 winners from the 3 packages on offer: Package #1: ‘Electromechanical harvesting system’: 1 x Alice harvester, 1 x Campagnola jacket, 1 x Campagnola hat; Package #2: ‘Pneumatic harvesting and pruning system’: 1 x Diablo pneumatic olive harvester with telescopic pole, 1 x 50m pneumatic hose reel,1 x Star30F pneumatic pruning shears,1 x Star50 pneumatic lopping shears,1 x Campagnola shear pouch plus shear hose (1m),1 x Air tool oil (1L),1 x Campagnola jacket,1 x Campagnola hat; Package #3: ‘Filtration and pruning system’: 1 x BuonOlio Filco (stainless steel cotton filtration unit), 1 x Falket compound lopping shear, 1 x Falket double cut, olive shear, 1 x spare cotton pads for filter, 1 x Barnel leather pruner sheath (Silky equivalent if won in NZ), 1 x Barnel Z14 tiger tooth saw (Silky equivalent if won in NZ), 1 x Campagnola jacket, 1 x Campagnola hat. Ryan Publications thanks the generous partners of Eclipse Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd who have provided the prizes for this competition.
b) Employees, contractors or family of Winetitles/Ryan Publications and Eclipse Enterprises are not eligible to enter the competition.
c) The prizes offered are not redeemable or transferable for cash.
d) The 2 winners will be judged by Ryan Publications based on submissions received from the entrants on the following question: ‘Tell us in 50 words or less what changes you believe will occur in the Australian or New Zealand olive industry over the next ten years’ as well as completion of an Olivegrower & Processor Readership Survey.
e) The competition will be open to all new and existing Australian & New Zealand based subscribers to the Olivegrower & Processor.
f) Entries will be sent to Ryan Publications & Eclipse Enterprises and remain the property of Ryan Publications & Eclipse Enterprises.
g) By entering this competition you give permission for Ryan Publications Pty Ltd to pass on your details to Eclipse Enterprises and for Eclipse Enterprises to pass on your details to Ryan Publications. Both Ryan Publications and Eclipse Enterprises will not pass on any entrant information to any third parties. Eclipse Enterprises will not contact any entrants who do not give their consent for them to do so.
h) Competition closes April 15, 2010.
i) Eclipse Enterprises is responsible for delivery of the prizes to the prize winners by the 30th of April 2010.
j) The winners will be notified within a fortnight of the close of the competition and will be published in the May/June 2010 edition of the Australian and New Zealand Olivegrower & Processor and the next available edition of the enewsletter, Friday Olive Extracts.
k) Terms and conditions form part of the conditions of entry. Entrants that do not abide by the terms and conditions will not be eligible to win.
